Follow up action to be available during initial submission (Review status) when Require review? is enabled in Inspection Form settings

Currently, when conducting an Inspection, the Follow up action is only available in the Complete Summary page. When Require review? is enabled in Inspection Form settings, the Follow up action is not available during the initial submission by Technician (Review status).

The ability to create follow up action during the initial submission by Technician (Review status) is essential in order to address urgent issues/observations during Inspection. Waiting for a Supervisor to create follow up during review and completion of Inspection form could cause delay and a potential impact.
