Make it clearer in UI how the data sync settings (checkbox combinations) are interpreted and handled by the system

In the mobile interface, we have the option to affect the data synchronization behavior using a couple of checkboxes (full, delta, none). In the administrative application "Mobile configuration", where we can set default values for users regarding these options, we have radio buttons instead. This causes some confusion as to what default settings we are actually setting since they are not one-to-one in this sense. In the mobile interface it seems we are able to combine the checkbox options in ways that cannot be reflected in the administrative Mobile Configuration application. Please consider making these two interfaces align with each other going forward, so there is less need for trial and error to learn what the different checkbox combinations mean.
