MAS 9.1 Maximo Mobile: Ability to configure delta supporting data download per application (Inspections app only) without global performance impact

In MAS 9.1 Maximo Mobile Configuration, modifying the "Default data sync settings" to enable "Download supporting data (Only delta)" applies this setting globally across all mobile applications. While this setting is required for the Inspections application, enabling it globally causes significant performance degradation in the Technician and Service Request applications.



Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to MAS 9.1 and navigate to Maximo Mobile Configuration.

2. Open Default data sync settings.

3. Enable Download supporting data with the option Only delta.

4. Log into the Maximo Mobile app as a user assigned to Technician, Service Request, and Inspections.



Observed Behavior:

The supporting data delta sync executes across all mobile applications (Technician, Service Request, and Inspections). As a result, sync times and overall performance for the Technician and Service Request applications deteriorate significantly.


Expected Behavior:

There should be a mechanism to enable delta supporting data download granularly at the specific mobile application level (specifically for the Inspections app) rather than forcing a global setting that negatively impacts non-requiring apps like Technician and Service Request.
