Maximo Mobile SR - Automatic Refresh of Service Request List Without Manual "Check for Updates" Action

In the Maximo Mobile Service Request (SR) application, users can access and manage their Service Requests through the SR list view.

We observed that newly created, updated, or reassigned Service Requests are not visible in the list until the user manually refreshes the data by selecting the "Check for updates" option.

In operational environments where Service Requests are frequently created and updated, users may miss important changes if they do not manually refresh the application on a regular basis.

The ability to automatically refresh the SR list at a configurable interval, or whenever a synchronization occurs, would greatly improve the user experience, increase responsiveness to new requests, and reduce the need for repetitive manual actions.
