Inspections app: Batch Action Selection Limited to Loaded Page Records (20) Instead of Full Dataset

In the Inspections application list view, performing a "Select All" operation in the batch mode only selects the 20 records currently rendered/paginated on the screen. Users are unable to execute batch inspections across the entire dataset (e.g., selecting all 70 assigned inspections for a technician).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into the Inspections application as a technician assigned more than 20 inspections (e.g., 70 records).

  2. Navigate to the Inspections list view (where pagination/virtual scrolling defaults to displaying 20 records).

  3. Select batch mode option and "Select All" checkbox in the list header.


Expected Behavior:

The "Select All" function should allow selecting all matching records in the total dataset (all 70 inspections) across all pages, or provide an option to "Select all X records matching current view."


Actual Behavior:

Only the 20 records visible on the current page are selected. The remaining 260 records are excluded from the batch action.
