Maximo Mobile - Allow Push Notifications to be Sent to Users Even if they have Logged Out or Closed the App

Currently users have to have the app open or running in the background in order to receive mobile push notifications.  However, we are getting a lot of sporadic errors in message reprocessing for:

BMXLM0504E - HTTP Response Code 400: {"status":400,"message":"Failed to find push configuration for the receiver"}

Is it possible that is a mobile user has previously logged into the app from a device and continues to use that same device, that if they do log out of the app (session ends), push notifications are still sent and received.  This would prompt them to open the app, log back in and action the received notification.

Other commercial apps like Facebook, Instagram etc. send push notifications to users even if the app isn't open or running on the device.

    The expected functionality already exists. During login we capture the device ID for that user and since, they can receive push notifications regardless if the app is open or not. Messages will always be sent to the last kwown device that the user had logged in. Users that had never logged in, from a mobile device using our Maximo Mobile app will not be able to receive push notifications and there's nothing we can do about this. Marking this idea as existing functionality. Appreciate your feedback.
