Device Type and Device setup audit log

Monitor alerting rules can be built dynamically, based on device type/device dimension values.

Changing dimension's values can lead to increased or decreased alerting frequency. Reducing alerting frequency e.g. by increasing reading high limits (e.g. high temperature alert) can result in asset breakdowns.

We would like to have an audit log traceability which allows us to trace who, when and how (what way) has modified certain parameter like dimension, alert and/or any other batch/stream metric definition, etc.
