Enhanced Bulletin Board Functionality to Improve User Notifications

We would like to request a change to the Maximo bulletin board functionality. Currently, recipients can view bulletin board messages from the navigation bar of an application or the Start Center. However, it is not possible to configure if the bulletin board automatically should display a pop-up window when users log in.

We propose implementing a possibility to configure bulletin messages to automatically pop up at login, with the ability to choose which specific messages should be automatically displayed. This would ensure that users are notified immediately upon logging in, without the need to actively open the board to view messages or information.

Having this feature would enhance user engagement and ensure that important announcements and updates are not missed, ultimately improving communication and operational efficiency.
