An ability to impersonate specific users would represent a significant security risk and IBM's SPbD standards would undoubtedly prevent the introduction of such a feature.
Our recommendation would be create a temporary test user with a similar security group profile and use this to recreate issues. This is the process our own support team follows.
This is not specific to MAS SaaS so will look to see who should own this from the MAS Core Team.
