Support for Microsoft Graph API for Incoming Mail Agent

MAS MREF incoming mail agent setup is currently using a legacy API  (POP.AccessAsApp and IMAP.AccessAsApp) to access external mailbox for email retrieval. 

Many companies have moved to use Microsoft’s Graph API and disable access to legacy API due to security concerns.

Supporting the use of Microsoft Graph API for email retrieval using the incoming mail agent setup will allow existing customers to continue using the agent for offline forms.
