Start Center Portlet Graphs for Working Impact Status

There is a use case for having a start center portlet listing open work order details with their associated Working Impact status. The start center portlets can currently only display a graph from relationships where the parent's attributes directly refer to the primary keys on the child.

For example, we can show all of the work orders captured by a given query and group them by the reportedBy's DisplayName from the Perons table using a relationship of (personid = :reportedby).

However, because the Impact is two tables away (Workorder -> Plusipassoc -> Plusimpact), we cannot group by the status on the Impact in a chart.
