Improve Downtime Loss Identification in Tahoe UI

Title

Enhance downtime loss analysis by incorporating Daily Energy alongside Active Power & POA Irradiance

Background / Problem Statement

Currently, in the Tahoe UI under Downtime and Alarms Correlation, we visualize:

  • Active Power (Inverter)
  • POA Irradiance (WMS)

While this helps identify when an inverter is not producing despite irradiance availability, it provides an incomplete diagnostic picture.

👉 The limitation:

  • A drop in Active Power with available irradiance suggests downtime
  • But it does not clarify the root cause, such as:
    • Inverter failure
    • Communication/data loss issue
    • Grid outage
    • Curtailment or external constraint

This leads to ambiguity in downtime classification.

Proposed Enhancement

Add Daily Energy (Cumulative Energy Generation) to the same visualization.

How it helps

  • If inverter is truly down → Daily Energy curve becomes flat (constant)
  • If it's a communication/data issue →
    • Active Power may drop to zero
    • But Daily Energy continues increasing
  • If partial issues → slope change in Daily Energy provides insights

Expected Behavior

On the same time-series chart:

  • Overlay or add a third axis/line:
    • Daily Energy (kWh)
