Display Data Timestamps on All Personalized Dashboard Widgets

Current limitation

The widget values on the Personalized Dashboard do not consistently display the timestamp corresponding to the data being shown.

Without this information, users cannot easily determine whether the displayed reading is current or delayed.

Requested functionality

Introduce a standard data timestamp display option across Personalized Dashboard widgets.

It should include:

  • Timestamp of the latest data record used for the displayed value.
  • Separate last-refresh timestamp where applicable.
  • Consistent date/time format and timezone, such as IST (UTC+05:30).
  • Clear indication when data becomes stale or communication is unavailable.
  • Timestamp updates when the user changes device or date range.

Acceptance criteria

For example, if the system clock shows 12:30:12 but the latest available WTG data is from 12:23:01, the widget should show the data timestamp comparatively system clock.

This should make the age of the displayed reading clear rather than giving the impression that it was measured at the current system time.

Business justification

Timestamp visibility will improve data reliability assessment, support troubleshooting of SCADA communication and processing delays, and help users avoid decisions based on outdated readings.
