Implement Calendar-Based Budgeted Data Calculation for Daily, Monthly, MTD, Yearly, and YTD Views

Enhance the IBM Prescinto dashboard to calculate and display budgeted data for Generation, POA (Plane of Array Irradiance), and PR (Performance Ratio) across Daily, Monthly, Yearly, Month-to-Date (MTD), and Year-to-Date (YTD) views.

The budgeted data should be calendar-based and automatically update according to the selected date, month, year, or reporting period.

For Daily budget calculations, the monthly budgeted Generation and POA values should be divided by the total number of calendar days in the respective month to determine the daily budgeted values. Monthly, MTD, Yearly, and YTD budgeted values should be calculated and displayed according to the applicable calendar period and selected date range.

This enhancement will ensure accurate budget tracking, consistent reporting, and effective comparison of budgeted versus actual performance across different time periods for the Serentica project.
