Configure Alert Generation Based on POA Thresholds and Generation Hours

Enhance the alert configuration in IBM Prescinto to ensure that alerts are generated only during applicable generation hours based on POA (Plane of Array Irradiance) conditions.

The alert generation logic should follow these conditions for all thresholds provided in the reference Excel sheet:

During generation hours: Generate alerts when POA is greater than or equal to 100 W/m² and the configured threshold conditions are met.

During evening or low-irradiance conditions: When POA is below 100 W/m², no alerts should be generated.

Apply this logic consistently across all applicable alert thresholds specified in the Excel sheet. This enhancement will reduce unnecessary alerts during non-generation hours and improve alert accuracy and operational efficiency.
