Implement NCU-Wise Tracker and Auto-Tracker Status Overview

Enhance the IBM Prescinto dashboard to provide an NCU-wise overview of the number of trackers and auto-trackers associated with each NCU (Network Control Unit).

  • The dashboard should display the following information for each NCU:
  • Total number of trackers.
  • Total number of auto-trackers.
  • Current tracker and auto-tracker status.
  • Corresponding wind speed.

The information should be presented in a clear and structured format to help users monitor tracker distribution, operational status, and wind conditions across NCUs. This enhancement will improve operational visibility and support efficient tracker performance monitoring for the Serentica project.
