For Long Cycle Work, reflect the Scheduled Start and End Date in Graphical Scheduling based on the Start and End Date of the Assignments, Don't Overwrite it

I have a long cycle construction work order, e.g. 40 hours of duration, that is marked as interruptible.  Graphical Scheduling displays the bar correctly with the assumption that there are no breaks in when the work will be done, e.g if you start Monday at 7 AM and have 8 hour shifts then you will finish on Friday end of day at 3 PM.

Next step is that the work order is assigned out in Graphical Assignment. Let's assume this will be completed over a course of 5 days. What happens is that 5 rows are created in the work order assignment table.  Let's assume that a crew was pulled of of the work on Tuesday so now the last assignment won't be finished until the following Monday at 3 PM.  The Scheduled Start and Finish date on the work order hug the assignment records and reflect correctly.

The smart Start and End Date displayed in Graphical Scheduling won't reflect this situation correctly though.  It defaults back ato the interruptible functionality.  There needs to be logic that once assignments are made, the Start and End Date in GS and the length of the bar are reflected based on assignment dates because assignments won't always be completed on consecutive days.
