Enable Rotational Shift for the labor

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

In Maximo Labor application, the system would allow to assign a shift for the identified Labor.

In the real time scenario, there might be a case where his current shift would get changed every 2 weeks. In such case, the shift needs to be manually changed in Labor application to reflect the right shift for each 2 weeks.

The idea would be to bring the capability of defining , The shift for the selected time period for the Labor and The shift for the future time period for the Labor Eg:
First 2 Weeks - Morning Shift,
Last 2 Weeks - Afternoon Shift

This would help to address the rotational shift use case in many industry
