Just to keep all clear that is already know a limitation over the Graphical View and Locale, due performance once the actions are happening on the Graphical View directly, so the Refresh doesn't wait server to retrieve the user Profile settings to go ahead so that used the Default Locale that is US. The unique plan we have for now is change the Graphical View provider with a MAF component that will be able to not cause it. The unique possibility was to force a reload that will double the time and get it back with the User Locale. This was not approved by performance review once that will cause a big impact to all Customers not direct to Locale settings.
