Issue – The new Assignment Dispatch Statuses that are available in Assignment Manager and Work order Tracking Assignments tab are not visible in the Graphical Scheduling and Assignment applications limiting visibility of the true status of the assignment. This impacts the scheduling and assignment of work as there are certain dispatch statuses that are reschedulable and others that are not. The Schedulers need visibility of the “field” status to reassign or not reassign effectively.
