Add curves for hours distribution for multi-day tasks

More powerful products like Primavera P6 allow you to define how to distribute hours when they span multiple days.  I would like to see something like that with scheduler with it defaulting to a flat distribution but allowing maybe 10-15 others.

It matters because if you have 120 hours spread across 3 weeks you don't know how much time should be assigned per day when doing your scheduling.  If they are on a M-F schedule and you are using a flat distribution that is 8 hours per day.  If you are doing a front-loaded distribution, then most of the hours are the beginning with just inspections or something at the end.  It could have a slow ramp up and ramp down with most of the hours in the middle.  P6 has 15-20 different curves that you can pick from to distribute those hours.  I would like to see something similiar in Maximo scheduler.

The more complicated and larger the task the more important this becomes.  You could argue to split up the tasks but over time you are just limiting how useful the tool ca be and pushing the complication down to the users.  The less useful the tool, the less likely it will be used.
