Implement a property to let the Gantt view in graphical sheduling accept setting the PCPHYS value to 0/null

Following a specific issue with values being set to 0 for the PCPHYS field in the gantt view, the column was changed to not update the field when at 0

This meant that if you use the PCPHYS field to manage your work progression in your work orders and want to set it back to 0 like in the case of a wrongly increased value the scheduler won't put it back to zero and will keep the original value when committing. A workaround was published to use the Modify workorder action to set the value to 0, but it also requires a refresh and an understanding that the modify workorder action is not immediately reflected in the Gantt view. As the initial problem is not problematic in all scenarios and this workaround brings eye-sore and confusion for users having to refresh back large scheduler over and over again.

We would desire an alternative, maybe in the form of a property to let the scheduler Gantt view let the 0 values be set for the PCPHYS field again.

As a reference , here are the initial reported problem and the workaround
