TWPS Floor Plan View (the "i" icon) shall display only active reservations

We observed an issue, potential enhancement of the product, described below.

In the TWPS Floor Plan View, when a room is marked as unavailable, users can click the "i" icon next to the room name to view reservation details.

Currently, this view includes not only active reservations but also those that are cancelled or declined.

As a result, the system displays these inactive reservations alongside valid ones, creating the impression of overlapping bookings. This is misleading and causes confusion for users, as the room may appear to have scheduling conflicts when it actually does not.

Expected Behavior:
Only active and valid reservations should be displayed in the reservation details view. Cancelled or declined reservations should either be excluded or clearly differentiated (e.g., via filtering or labeling) to avoid confusion.
