Integrate MREF Reservation Data into MAS Monitor

Add an integration between MAS Monitor and MREF reservation data to enable correlation of location sensor activity with employee reservation information.

This integration will allow users to:

  • Compare actual attendance captured through sensors with reservation data to measure reservation compliance and occupancy trends.
  • Support clients that do not use desk-level sensors and instead rely on turnstiles, floor sensors, or other occupancy sources to understand workplace utilization.
  • Combine reservation and sensor datasets within MAS Monitor to provide more accurate utilization insights.
  • Leverage existing MAS Monitor reporting, dashboards, and graphical analytics using both attendance and reservation information.
  • Improve location-level reporting by using reservation data to identify specific spaces or work locations when sensor data alone does not provide sufficient granularity.

Business Value

By linking reservation and sensor data, organizations can gain a more complete view of workplace utilization, validate reservation behavior against actual attendance, and deliver actionable occupancy insights regardless of the type of occupancy sensing technology deployed.
