COH Provide Spatial configuration test button to aide debugging process

Add test setup button that allows administrators to test the Spatial configuration and identify problems before trying to use the related functionality in Manage

Why is this required?
==
Configuring the Spatial solution is a complex task, and experience shows that there are a number of areas where a small error can disable the component.

This change would allow administrators to configure the system and be confident that the solution is going to work when it is used.

There are multiple steps/areas that need to be configured so having the ability to test specific areas would be very useful e.g. be able to just test the authentication details.

The problem is compounded by the solution's error handling which can be misleading because it gives warnings about problems about options that you may not be using e.g. OAUTH2 authentication.
A separate idea is being raised to discuss the error handling/fault diagnosis process`

How often would this be used?
==
Administrators would use this when building installations or when refreshing the production environment into a non-production environment.
Failing to configure the settings in a non-production environment can cause serious frustration for testers and lead to lost time.

How serious is this?
==
Projects/system administrators are losing time because of problems associated with this area.
Administrators/consultants have to spend extra time into projects to ensure that this area is setup proberly / deal with the consequences

    Thank you very much for raising this idea and for clearly outlining the scenarios where administrators struggle during the Spatial setup.

    I wanted to share that we have already introduced some improvements in this area:

    • A dedicated button to test the routing services is now available, allowing administrators to validate connectivity and configuration before using the feature.

    • In addition, the Map Manager now performs validation during the Save event.
      If any of the configured parameters are incorrect — such as authentication details, service URLs, missing permissions, or inaccessible layers — the system will Block the save operation and display a clear error message to the user.

    These improvements already help detect common configuration issues earlier and prevent invalid settings from being stored.
