Maximo Spatial - WEB Map Authentication documentation and enhanced error capturing

DOCUMENTATION IN MAXIMO SPATIAL - WEB Map authentication
There are only a few fields that will allow the map to authenticate with the WEB map in ARCGIS. However, this is information that is provided in a customer project by their ARCGIS team to the Maximo administrator.

With that in mind, we know the Maximo engineer configuring that Map Manager record, has little understanding of those settings the ARCGIS team have provided. It would help to know what checks, outside of Maximo can be carried out to validate that the credentials provided by the ARCIGS team, work well.

Even better would be enhanced error capturing that elaborates what might actually be incorrect in the entered documentation in Map Manager for Web Maps.
