This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I understand the point raised, but there are already mechanisms in Maximo and ArcGIS that can automate the population of these fields without requiring product changes. Possible options include:
Automation Script on BEFORE Save
In Maximo, it’s possible to associate an Automation Script to the BEFORE Save event of the object being sent to GIS.
The script can automatically capture the logged-in user (
CHANGEBY) and the current date/time (CHANGEDATE), populating these attributes before sending them to the ADD_GIS_FEATURE_AND_LINK service.Default Value in JSON Mapping
In the JSON mapping between Maximo and GIS, you can set default values for
CHANGEBYandCHANGEDATE.This way, whenever Maximo does not provide these fields, the connector will send the defined values (for example,
CHANGEBY = :USERNAMEandCHANGEDATE = current timestamp).Enable Editor Tracking on the GIS Layer
In ArcGIS, enabling Editor Tracking on the layer allows GIS to automatically populate fields such as
created_user,created_date,last_edited_user, andlast_edited_date.This removes the need to send these values from Maximo in the payload, since ArcGIS will manage them internally.
