Sometimes when user is having any critical issues in Production environment then it is very difficult to reproduce it with our id. We can try replicate the issue in lower environments in lower environment but the issue exists only in Production.
The idea which i am going to propose is to have a impersonate a user option in maximo where we(MAXADMIN) can directly impersonate and reproduce the issue.
Similar feature is available in SERVICENOW.

Lack of this feature is a big impediment to using autologin, such as SAML with MFA, in non-Prod environments. It is an impediment because, without temporary masquerading, testers and developers are prevented from proving functionality with other rights than the "super powers" they have.
Thanks for your idea. This was discussed by our Maximo product team . We agreed with how such a feature might be useful but it would be complex to implement and we don't think this is something we could commit to in the next 12-18month timeframe.
Can you describe the problem you are trying to solve? Can "in-sessioin logging" or other techniques be used?
