OCP/MAS automation for Azure

IBM's MasDevOps (MAS CLI) currently offers automated deployment method for AWS (IPI/ROSA - self-managed and managed-hosted). We need to provide the same for Azure. The development team is aware of this lack of availability of automation for Azure. Please note that this automation is not as same as IBM's BYOL/marketplace offering.

Hi Arif - We won't do this until we have an equivalent ARO FVT pipeline established in our labs, which is unlikely to happen until next year. Therefore I'm going to put this idea as future consideration for now until such time as such a pipeline is available.
