Better visibility needed for MAS User entitlement issues

I created a Self Service user at the MAS level, and granted the user Maxadmin access within Manage. 

The user is now able to use Manage without consuming any App Points. A warning is made visible to the administrator but only on when looking at the detailed user page. Without knowing there is a problem, an administrator would never know there was an entitlement issue unless they are looking at the details of all of their users one by one. 

My recommendation would be to have a the Entitlement warning affect the Status of the user in the MAS Suite Administration - Users page. Being able to see and filter on users who have issues would allow administration the ability to identify and fix.
