We are continually being asked by regulatory agencies to provide this detailed information. They want to see what has data has been changed, by whom, when, and why. To get to the buried data and present them in a readable format requires complex reports or customization.

This is something that we have been looking for since we started using Maximo in 2018 and attempted to find an external company to use but solution did not work with our validated system when the vendor was reviewed.
