    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Your idea is already included in our product, albeit with some configuration via conditional settings and data restriction through security groups. For example:

    • Have a criteria ... status = MOBASSIGNED

    • Mobile will only download WO with status MOBASSIGNED

    • Classic will have a condition for status=MOBASSIGNED and ASSIGNEE = user

    • Apply an object data restriction in security groups to make it read only to every other user and allow the ASSIGNEE only to update the record with MOBASSIGNED status
