This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Sure Kim,
I think this is not something broken but doesn't currently exist so more an enhancement in the Launch in Context functionality. Let me know if you want to discuss this in person as well and we can set something up.
Currently in Launch in Context you can pass a single value through to a webpage E.G. from a record
https://<webserver>:<port>/documents?tag={location}
We are currently looking for some functionality where we can find out what the users Where clause is that they have used to filter out records on the list tab.
https://<webserver>:<port>/documents?whereclause={maximowhereclause}
The first way we would look to utilize this is to setup a launch in context record to pass a where clause to our SSRS reporting server to run a specific report against the set of records as filtered by the user based on the list tab and the current Maximo where clause.
I believe someone from Cohesive has talked to support about this already and it was suggested we move this into an IDEA so someone could look further into it.
Thanks
Ryan Medernach
Can you provide some additional information about what exactly isn't working in MAS 8 with this add-on?
