Automatically update / assign appropriate Entitlement Level for users as their Application Access is updated / adjusted

For MAS we have been notified that the Application Entitlement between Self-Service, Limited, Base, and Premium has to be selected manually by an administrator. I have seen that there is logic built into MAS to highlight when a user is "out of compliance" with their assigned entitlement so there is definitely criteria and logic already within the system to drive this automation (attached).

Our security and access changes regularly that the manual selection of entitlement adds unnecessary administrative overhead.
