GPAT-2803 – Business Scenario and Reproduction Inspection: inconsistencies in meter reading history display

GPAT-2803 – Business Scenario and Reproduction Inspection: inconsistencies in meter reading history display 1. General Information Reference GPAT-2803 Type Functional defect Application Inspection (desktop mode) Subject Meter reading history displayed in an Inspection is empty or inconsistent with the actual Equipment history 2. Test Data Set Technicentre / Site T_LL User / Profile National admin; Local admin; Store manager; Planner; Maintenance manager; Contract manager Assignment None Application Inspection (desktop mode) 3. Business Context and Requirement Within an Inspection created from an Inspection Form, some questions allow the entry of a meter reading. To ensure data consistency, users must be able to consult the history of previous readings directly from the relevant question using the action button (icon with three vertical dots). This capability is critical to: • validate the logical continuity of meter readings, • prevent data entry errors, • ensure the reliability of meter tracking data. 4. Reproduction Scenario 4.1 Steps 1. Open an Inspection in desktop mode. 2. Navigate to a question that allows the entry of a meter reading. 3. Click the action button on the right side of the question (icon with three vertical dots). 4. Select the option to view the meter reading history. 5. Observed Results 5.1 Case 1: Empty history • A side panel opens on the left displaying the history section. • The panel is empty, with no values shown. • Verification in the Equipment / Components application confirms that two meter readings already exist. • The user is working in desktop mode, therefore no synchronization issue is involved. 5.2 Case 2: Inconsistent history • The side panel displays a meter reading history. • The values shown do not match the actual history of the Equipment. 1 • The displayed data appears to be unrelated or derived from a different context. 6. Expected Result • The history panel must display all and only the meter readings associated with the relevant Equipment. • The displayed values must be strictly identical to those shown in the Equipment / Components application. • The history must be reliable and usable to help users enter a consistent new meter reading. 7. Business Impact • Inability to verify meter reading consistency during data entry. • High risk of incorrect meter values being recorded. • Degraded reliability of meter tracking and reporting data. • Loss of user confidence in the Inspection application. 8. Attachments Attached screenshots illustrate: • access to meter history from an Inspection question, • an empty history despite existing readings, • discrepancies between the displayed history and the Equipment history
