GPAT-2928– Business Scenario– Graphical Work Week Loss of Labor visibility in the graphical view without any configuration change

1. General Information Type Application Environment Subject 
2. Test Data Set Functional defect Graphical Work Week Training Labor resources are no longer visible in the graphical view for some users, without any configuration change Technicentre / Site T_BI User / Profile National Admin or Local Admin + Planner Assignment Application Environment 
3. Context None or T_BI Graphical Work Week Training During a working session held in the morning with technicentre T_BI, a screen-sharing demonstration of the Graphical Work Week application was performed. At that time, all participants had correct visibility of: • the graphical view, • the lower section dedicated to Labor assignments. This section is essential for visualizing available resources and assigned labor and is a key element for operational planning. 
4. Reproduction Scenario 
4.1 Steps 1. Open the Graphical Work Week application. 
2. Access the Graphical View tab. 3. Observe the lower section displaying Labor resources. 4. Compare the display between different users (National Admin, Local Admin, Planner). 

5. Observed Result • In the afternoon, users from technicentre T_BI no longer have any visibility of Labor resources in the graphical view. • The Labor section is empty or no longer displayed. • No changes were made between the morning and afternoon regarding:– Security Groups,– Calendars,– Person Calendars,– Planning query. • At the same time, other users (e.g. administrators) still have visibility of Labor resources.

Expected Result • Visibility of Labor resources in the graphical view must be:– stable over time,– consistent across users with equivalent roles and permissions. • No display should disappear without an explicit configuration or authorization change. 7. Business Impact • Planners are unable to visualize and assign labor resources. • Loss of user confidence in the planning tool. • Difficulty using the application during training and real operational contexts. • Potential operational blocking for daily planning activities. 8. Attachments Screenshots are attached to illustrate: • the graphical view with Labor resources visible, • the graphical view without Labor resources for T_BI users, • a comparison between user profiles.
