Ease the relation between the measure of the linear asset and the new reading of its meters

CURENT SITUATION IN MAS :
There is no obvious link between a meterreading and the linear measure on a linear asset.

Lets create a Feature+Reference point "Crack" and a meter "width" on a linear asset "Track" :

1) When a 3mm crack is detected on the track at measure 10.123 km, a new feature "Crack" is created at 10.123 km and a new reading of "width" is recorded.
2) When a 2 mm crack is detected on the track at measure 10.987 km, a new feature "Crack" is created at 10.987 km and a new reading of "width" is recorded.

Even if a workorder is created and associated to a reference point from the linear asset, the new meter is not associated to this measure. Moreover, it is default by the previous measure - of any - and not to the current one

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR IN MAS :

1) When a new reading is recorded on a linear asset from the ASSET application, the associated measure should not be defaulted to the last one but the user should be prompted to enter the good one.
2) When a new reading is recorded on a linear asset from the WOTRACK application, the associated measure should be the one of the workorder
3) Last Meters sould be visible from the asset / meter tab in a graphical way ( just like classification and attributes, wo and tickets, features... )
4) When checking for historical data of a meter, the associated measure should be displayed
