Anomoly model minimum threshold should use the field in the UI and not hard coded to 50%

The MVI anomaly model will detect low confidence anomalies rather frequently on normal parts and then display them in the results of the image. Even though MVI Edge has s UI field to setup "minimum" confidence levels for objects detected, it doesn't seem to be applied to the threshold for anomalies. Since this model really is a composite model, This field value should be used for the minimum confidence for any object in the composite model and not just the initial object.
