App restart button

As we roll EDGE out there are opportunities for EDGE to run on non-physical hardware like VMs or just running on a physical PC but the PC is not at the location its in a data center.  Either way, it would be nice to have a button for the Admins of EDGE to be able to restart the EDGE application without contacting a IT person.  There have been a number of reason that a reboot of the containers has fixed our issue but if the end user can do it via their ADMIN access on the Edge web page, that would save IT people time and also allow end users the ability to support themselves.
