Apply both Flip and Rotation to an augmented image

I have a need to flip and rotate the image to "Mirror" my original data to help grow my dataset. I was hoping to apply both Flip horizontally and add a 29 degree rotation so that the new augmented data set could be "copied" over to another data set. Example, I have a hose clamp in 2 different locations, the process of good and no good is the same, but the orenintation is different. I was hoping that one dataset, would be used to build or improve the other by applying both flip and rotation. Not creating 2 images, one that is flipped and 1 that is rotate. But 1 image that has both flip and rotation.  I would then "move" those augmented files to the other dataset for that inspection.
