Rotation augmentation to add extra feature to directly turn image to a specific angle

Client has a specific usage of rotation augmentation to just directly turn the image to a specific angle to create more relevant dataset (e.g. component on PCB board - horizontal vs vertical placement of component). The client lacks dataset of one orientation. When they tried using rotation augmentation, it generated 5 random angle from 0 to user-value, thus not really getting the correct angle and user need to clean up irrelevant dataset.
