Enlarging Long Description pop-up windows in Maximo Asset Management

I need the Pop-up window of the Long Description to be enlarged. Support person from my Case TS009084580 has advised me to do these:

Hello Steve,

I hope you're well!

We made some test in house and we were able to to make the Long Description screen larger in Maximo, follow the steps:

1- Go to Application Design;

2- On Select Actions, click in Export system xml and download the Library xml;

3- Search for longdescription columns="80" line and add this: height="900" width="900";

The line must be like this:

<longdescription columns="80" id="longdesctext" rows="20" height="900" width="900">

4- Save and Import.

Note: we use the "900" just for make this test, you can use the value that you want.

Let me know the results.

But although I had changed height="900" width="900" to be height="2000" width="2000" - the width does not change, only the height changed to be higher, I need the width wider too.
