Support substring search for Chinese Addresses

Current Spatial only supports Arcgis Geocoder "findAddressCandidates", however, for doublebytes language system districts like China, there is no space between address characters, for example, 青洲大馬路1號, user expects to just provide "青洲" to geocoder, and it returns 青洲大馬路1號,青洲大馬路2號,青洲大馬路3號...etc , but "findAddressCandidates" does not return like this, Esri confirmed only "Suggest" API provides such results(https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/geocode/api-reference/geocoding-suggest.htm). There is no such issue with English liked language system addresses by using "findAddressCandidates", there are spaces between each word, for example, "10 Blue Reidge Ave, Bedford", "findAddressCandidates" could return results by providing "Bedford" or "Blue Reidge". We are requesting to add support of Arcgis Geocoder "Suggest" API to Spatial so that user could search doublebytes language system addresses easiler.
