The actor for the case is Bruce a 50-year-old operator maintainer in a water utility. A persona for Bruce can be seen in the attachment.

User Story:

As a Work Execution Technician,
I want to use my mobile device to easily record where I did the work (geo-location) and what I worked on (asset),
To meet my role reporting requirements,
So that I am doing a good job and I enable my organisation to do accurate costing and analysis for future decision making.

Description:

Currently Maximo, Maximo Spatial and Maximo Anywhere Work Execution do not align in asset selection and work geo-location functionality. This makes it very difficult to create a sensible process to record where work is done for Work Execution in a utility.
