This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This is a critical issue for us.When viewing the work order on the map, the map should zoom to the asset rather than the address. We require our crews to attach work orders to an asset if at all possible. The address associated with the work order is used only as input for driving directions. Often the asset can be several hundred feet away from the nearest address assigned to the work order. Our users have to hunt on the map for the asset or open the map directly from the asset map dialog which is awkward and not as functional as the Map tab.
Preferably it would be best to have this as a configurable setting where you could specify the search order preference.
This is how it worked for us in 7.1 before our recent upgrade to 7.5. I would have thought it would be relatively easy to change it back or make it an option. Why was it changed in 7.5?
