This is a good enhancement for water utilities.
Inspections like hydrant and fire plug checking are often done on routes in a specified sequence. To have a route geo-spatially plotted the Work Order needs to be generated as a hirearchy. This tends to be overkill given the scope of the inspection is often a few minutes per stop. The complexity of managing the hierarchy in Maximo and on a mobile device often means a lot of useful spatial data is missed or customisation is required to capture it.
