Add function to "set as Current" from the result display map

In WOTRACK application, users rely on ability to view the assigned work as a set to plan effort. Setting the map control data source value to "results_showlist" provies quick review of all records on list for planning. User require ability to select records on the dispplay and set as current. This is not available from balloon markers. Alternate identify option requires that workorder point existas spatial record - this may not be true in early status such as WAPPR while crew are investigating. Set as current would greatly improve access to records in timely way.
