Maximo Spatial - when viewing layers, visibility of a Map Service due to zoom exent is not identifiable

When viewing any Maximo Spatial window, there is no way to know what layers are hidden due to a zoom extent limit being enabled on them. This means a user cannot tell if an asset is not present, or if it is merely hidden from zoom extent. The assets are still identifiable using the info tool.

You can see this in the attached screenshots - where the identify widget clicked there are limited assets visible, but then the info tool has returned a bunch of assets.

This is a limitation of Maximo Spatial, and zoom extents are set in to the current configuration to reduce load/improve useability of map when zoomed out.

Would be good if in the Map Contents window there could be an asterix beside the layer to signify that the layer is not visible in the current extent
