Map: Easier feature editing

MAM/Spatial

Feature editing in the map is finicky/difficult. It would help if editing functionality could be improved/made easier.

    Functionality has been available since the 8.10 release of Spatial for map items stored in ArcGIS with the editing capability enabled in the rest service.
