Spatial map: Set Record Location -- even after WO is linked to GIS feature

Spatial/Desktop map:

We need to be able to Set Record Location -- even after a WO is linked to a GIS feature.

We've customized Maximo do this for us -- and it's amazing. We can easily set a WO's position using right-click in the map --> Set Record Location. It's a very efficient tool and is much easier to use than editing a point feature in the map.

But in out-of-box Spatial, we can't use the Set Record Location tool once the WO is linked to a GIS point feature.
